Bonnycroft

Laura and Graham are Bonnycroft McMoos.

They both fell in love with highland cattle while visiting the local A,P and I
show in Levin. Having just purchased a rural lifestyle property there was
the need for some animals that were both attractive to look at and docile
enough for our two little children to also appreciate. Their fold started
slowly with a Hummel heifer and some steers. This was not to last with
Lauras thirst for breeding and even showing.!

Soon the search for a bull was on and with the purchase of Fergus McMoo
there was no stopping them. Now with a total of 5 girls and Laura's
favourite boy Fergus, the fold is developing it own little identity.

Keen to show but not sure where to start they launched in to their first
show with great gusto and are now keen show attendees. Laura and
Graham pride themselves on having cattle who are a constant source of
amusement, easily halter trained and very handsome!

Bonnycroft McMoos is based in Ohau, about 5km south of Levin. They
are responsible for the McMoos West Franchise. The area covers from
Otaki River north then to Ashurst bridge, north to Taihape and Turangi
inclusive, Then up the western side of Lake Taupo through to Mangakino
and out to the coast, south of Awakino.
